Use this guide to set up a catalog, resolve common blocking states and collect useful details for a support request.

Getting started

1. Open Plans & usage and request a Folvuno App plan. Shopify shows the price, billing interval and any eligible trial before approval.
2. Create a catalog, then use the Shopify product picker to add the exact product variants you want to include.
3. Add your wholesale prices, MSRP, minimum quantities, case packs, units, notes and brand terms. Save the draft before previewing.
4. Refresh product sources and resolve every title, SKU, retail price, image, status or currency change shown by Folvuno.
5. Generate the document pair. Wait for Ready in Export queue, then open or download both PDFs from the same fixed version.

Frequently asked questions

What Shopify access does Folvuno need?

Folvuno requests read_products so it can read the selected variants and their product images. It does not request write access to products, inventory, orders, customers, themes, Markets or checkout.

Why is saving or generation unavailable?

Confirm that Shopify reports an active Folvuno plan. Save the current draft, refresh its sources, resolve all product changes or missing-item decisions, and reconfirm the document currency when requested. If billing or Shopify product data cannot be verified, Folvuno blocks new writes rather than using uncertain information.

Why did a product change appear?

Folvuno compares the saved source snapshot with the current selected Shopify variant. It does not silently replace the saved document. Review the displayed changes, accept the current source value, retain an intentional document override where offered, or remove the item.

How do the two PDFs stay together?

The catalog and line sheet are generated from the same immutable version. They use the same selected entries, order, currency and merchant-authored trade details. A partial or inconsistent pair is not published as a successful generation.

How long are PDF downloads available?

Generated PDF download links expire after seven days. Download the files you need. With an active plan, you can generate a new pair from a reviewed saved catalog; after cancellation, structured JSON or CSV data and any unexpired PDFs remain available.

What happens after cancellation?

New catalog creation, editing, source refresh and PDF generation stop. Existing catalogs, saved versions and structured exports remain available, and unexpired PDF files can still be downloaded. Files already saved outside Folvuno are not affected.

How do CSV imports work?

Map columns to supported trade fields and identify each row by Shopify variant ID or SKU. Folvuno shows a fixed preview with errors and previous values before applying changes. Resolve every preview error before applying the import.

How can I export or delete my data?

Use Import & export to download structured workspace data. Catalogs can be deleted in the app. Uninstall and verified Shopify privacy requests follow the deletion process in the privacy policy.
