Folvuno terms of service

Effective: October 1, 2026.

These terms govern a merchant’s use of Folvuno. Installing or using the app means that the merchant accepts these terms and Shopify’s applicable platform and billing terms.

Service

Folvuno lets merchants select Shopify product variants, add merchant-authored trade details, and create a matching product catalog and wholesale line sheet from one saved version. Generated documents are reference sales materials. Folvuno does not place or accept orders, reserve inventory, set Shopify product prices, calculate taxes or shipping, or promise product availability.

The app requests Shopify’s read_products permission. It does not change products, inventory, orders, customers, themes, Markets or checkout.

Plans and billing

Folvuno offers the following recurring App plans. Shopify displays and processes the final charge for approval, and access begins only after Shopify reports an active subscription.

Plan limits and included features appear in Plans & usage before a merchant requests approval. Merchants can request plan changes in the app without contacting support or reinstalling. A cancellation request is sent without a prorated credit; Shopify’s billing records and applicable law govern any final adjustment.

After cancellation or when billing cannot be verified, Folvuno stops new paid creation, editing and generation work. Existing structured data remains available for export, and already generated PDF files remain downloadable until their displayed seven-day expiry. Files that a merchant has already downloaded cannot be revoked.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for selecting product data they are entitled to use and for the accuracy of wholesale prices, MSRP, minimum quantities, case packs, notes, brand contacts and sales terms that they enter. Merchants must review each source-change notice and generated document before sharing it. Folvuno does not provide legal, tax, accounting or purchasing advice, and does not create binding terms between a merchant and a buyer.

Do not use Folvuno to upload unlawful content, infringe another party’s rights, interfere with the service, probe another store’s data or credentials, or bypass plan and usage controls.

Files, availability and changes

Each successful generation produces a fixed catalog and line-sheet pair. Source read failures or unresolved product changes block generation. Online services can occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, network or platform failures; Folvuno may retry or recover queued work, but does not promise uninterrupted availability.

Folvuno may update the service and these terms to reflect product, security, legal or platform changes. Material changes will be presented through the app or the contact channel available to Folvuno before they take effect when notice is required.

Data and ending use

The privacy policy explains the data Folvuno processes, retention, exports, uninstall handling and Shopify privacy requests. Merchants can uninstall the app through Shopify Admin. Uninstalling ends access, stops background work and starts the deletion process described in the privacy policy.

Support

Setup and troubleshooting guidance is available on the Folvuno support page.

Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected]. Include the shop domain so the request can be verified.
